You know, I haven't been ignoring your comment, only striving to think of something to say to it (would hate to alienate you after bitching constantly about never getting any comments). The fact is I have yet to read Watchmen, though I hear fabulous things about it. I simply don't have the patience to collect comics individually, and the graphic novel compilations are so damn expensive for a casual perusal. Hence I rely on movies (like X-Men) for my introduction.
