I hate the 4th! Usually I am standing by anxiously with a garden hose as even more annoying neighbors shoot off. But this year there was some pouring rain the day before (yay!) and was cloudy for most of Friday (yay!). And, I think I am just getting used to the infractions or it just wasn't as bad this year.

On Saturday night I did see one poor dog running for his life all alone down the sidewalk. Spooked, no doubt, by the continuing fire-Crackers.
