Collections places are the WORST! Years ago I was trying to clean up my credit report and I called one of the places I owed money. All I wanted was an address to send the complete payment. The guy started bitching me out, demanding all kinds of personal information and wanted to know when the payment would come. It ended with me yelling at him that I called HIM and the full amount would be in the mail that afternoon if I could have the address so why didn't he STFU and give it to me. I still want to kick him in the face.
