I have nothing against seafoam per se, just not a SEA of it (haha). It's perfectly nice as an accent color, just not in every single damn room.

There are certainly some bold choices in some of these homes. But apparently Deb went to some houses without me, one of which was supposedly decorated entirely by Queen Martha Stewart herself, and Deb said it was so nondescript -- all muted pastels and completely blah palettes. And Deb likes those things usually.

We were surprised at all the wallpaper, when the trend on DIY shows seems to be people tearing it down. In some cases tearing it down when it isn't nearly as hideous as some of these specimens.

The orange and gray was quite, quite ghastly.
