This post satisfies two criteria: jaaaaamas' request for pet pics to keep her company, and to demonstrate how addicted to home improvement shows I really am.

Here Gideon (igloo-owner) demonstrates the manufacturer's intended use for the ferret igloo:



Here, just by flipping the igloo over onto its side, Gideon has more than doubled his square footage and given the igloo a much more open, airy feeling, really bringing the outside in, while simultaneously creating a handy patio area for those summer barbecues:
