I've realized that writers are secretly masochists because they desperately need to hear the worst possible criticism of their work in order to understand what they have to do to write better. Or maybe that's just me. Or maybe I just want Alan Rickman specifically to tell me I'm doing it wrong. Yeah, it could be just that.

Man, if I lived anywhere in the tri-state area, and were part of the 1%, I would go every night. Or at least once a week. I'm so envious of you that you even have the option (if not the means).

Yeah, Jerry is becoming good at playing real twats (see also the remake of Piranha where he's a womanizing asshole movie producer). He was definitely a highlight in this besides Alan.

Or maybe I just want Alan Rickman specifically to tell me I'm doing it wrong. Yeah, it could be just that. LOL He's just so perfect in this role. Few actors can pull off delivering devastating criticism that makes people crave their approval that much harder; and be devilishly sexy on top of it (kind of love the part in this clip where he's eyeing up Lizzy).
