I will never be a size zero no matter how much I diet. My hips are too wide as is my rib cage. If that doesn't make any difference then why is there a 20lb range in which a person my size is considered healthy?

I'm not saying having big bones is going to add a great deal of weight to your body, but it is going to change the amount of flesh and muscle you carry.
