I agree they have some serious self-esteem issues, and they hide in their own world to mask them.
Amy and my real concern is that our mother is not getting any younger, she's basically still supporting Nancy (who is 54, with no health reasons preventing her from supporting herself), and we're waiting for the call from Nancy asking for help when the gravy train runs out. That will be an interesting day indeed.
