I thought it was good, but most of the people I watched it with were unhappy with it, overall. It was suitably scary, mildly gory. (When I had to drive home by myself in the middle of the night after seeing the movie, I had myself fully convinced that I was going to die for no other reason than that I'd seen the movie and now I knew about the ghosts.) It was fairly predictable, but what horror movie isn't? They do try to set you up at the end - you'll be untrusting when he finally gets out of the room because you'll think it can't be that easy but don't worry, it's for realz this time. The main character's wife is a complete idiot, so don't be surprised if you spend much of the second half of the movie too distracted thinking about the way she should have acted to actually pay attention to the movie. I don't have your flair for reviews, so I'll just say I think it worth seeing.
