I love that you love Alan (among other things), though Tery only grunted noncommittally when I repeated your story (and the Salon quote) to her (which is why I call her the joy-sucking robot). I've started to see commercials for the movie on TV, so I guess it's just a matter of time. Thoughts on Saw IV which I haven't seen yet?
Rickman rape? Since rape implies unwillingness, no, I can't imagine it. Though he is a great actor (but I guess the superior acting ability would have to come from his supposed victim). In fact, in all of his movies I've watched, he's only been in one actual sex scene (Close My Eyes). Though he does play a very unpleasant (and convincing) torturer in Closetland. Rape is a squick for me nowadays, didn't used to be.

EDIT: Ahhh, here it is. I'm using it because I forgot there's a scene in the movie my icon is from, Snow Cake, but they play romantic, dreamy music over it. Close My Eyes is the only one I've seen where we're allowed to hear his (simulated, but I'll take what I can get) moans.
