No, it doesn't. It's from that podcast Alicia and I listen to: Britpod. In the first few episodes, they had a feature called Cunt of the Week where each guy would nominate someone or something they hated that week, and the host (James) had to remind them often that Celine Dion couldn't be nominated because then she's always win and she'd always be Cunt of the Week.
