That's what she said. I used to fancy Peregrin since my ex liked the name Perry and Pippin is my favorite hobbit. I seriously doubt I would have ever used it as a first name though.
Speaking of middle names, I know someone who gave their son the middle name Danger. Kind of dumb, but you know the boy is going to love being able to say "Danger is my middle name".
