When we had to file the guy said the keyboard broke while he was packing it so he'd get it fixed first. Then there was some problem with the part. Then he was going to get a new keyboard from someone else to replace the one he broke. This went on for months. I filed either just over or just under the deadline. We eventually got our $600 back, but it was close. If anything like that ever happens to me again I'll be all over it. That was too much money to nearly lose!
