Hey, maybe you can rig up a fake camera that is pointed at your door (as if you were surveilling yourselves) but then conceal the real camera pointed at her in the fake rig? Or, you could just do what Charlie's Angels did when they went undercover... just put a wig and come glasses on it. She'll never ever be able to detect it then.
