What a hassle. At least one of the bills is forever paid for and gone and out of your life. Maybe in a month or so you'll get a call offering you a hardship discount for this larger bill!
These collections people are ridiculous. I got a phone call today from my doctor's office, threatening to send me to collections over an uninsured $5 I didn't know I owed on an old bill. I just got the bill in the mail two days ago.
