Blue Cross didn't do anything for me until I started yelling (and then crying). My midwife's office didn't follow up on the prescription until I got irritated. It shouldn't be that way. All of my jobs have been customer service related in some way and I used to wonder why so many people would call yelling before even trying to talk reasonably. I guess that's why.
