The first house wasn't anything special, but we did like the design elements that could probably go anywhere

My friends, allow me to introduce you to the most comfortable desk chair known to man. It's a bungee chair, and we must have spent fifteen minutes taking turns sitting in it and studying every inch of it trying to figure out the manufacturer. The straps provide a nice bouncy but firm support, as well as superb air flow to the back and butt (essential for me -- no amount of fans blowing and spritzing of cool water can prevent the dreaded summer swamp ass).

I was so serious about it that very night I hopped online to see about buying one. It turns out they're kinda freaking expensive (cheapest I found new was $190), but Craigslist to the rescue once again. I found a woman selling hers for only $120, who wouldn't shut up about how comfortable and awesome it was, but refused to give a reason why she was selling it if it was so amazing. My gain, I suppose. Amusingly, in reading reviews online I came across one that said "Warning: Cats will not sit on this chair without a blanket." Speak for your own cats, Mister:

Okay. So, we hiked for about a mile across the development just to see these next two houses, which Deb assured me were supposed to be ultra-modern, and they certainly looked promising from the outside

Inside though, really cramped and claustrophobic feeling. Kinda hated this living area, and that couch feels like it's made of concrete it's so unforgiving

The kitchen was WAAY too small, particularly for eight people

Did kind of like this bathroom tucked away directly off the staircase

But this poor dog has some serious anatomy issues

Let us all rejoice and be glad! We finally found a chair that fits Deb. Though made of that same uncomfortable couch material

But overall, these two houses were a real bust.

We thought this little cottage across the way looked more promising, but inside was even smaller and more generic looking than everything else on the Parade, and that's saying a lot

For example, this bathroom -- is that huge divider behind the door absolutely necessary? Maybe for keeping the door from slamming into you while you're on the throne, that's how tiny everything was
